I have a question about banner of truce. My paladin is circle 25 and has courage but The guild leader doesnt allow me to choose the spell. Its not even listed. Has this spell been removed, or has it prerequisites changed?

The spell still exists and, to my knowledge, the prerequisites have not changed.
