Today while hunting in cave bears, I had the opportunity to use courage a number of times. Normally when casting and having my Courage Greatly bolstered, my Encumberance drops to None. Today, it was only getting down to Lightly. I shrugged and passed it off as the new Armor Hinderance since I use a Light Plate Helm and Light Plate Gauntlet with my Heavy Plate Armor. I consistently cast Greatly and this was the case every time. Later on, I flubbed a couple casts trying to get a bit more than usual and got twitchy, so to play it safe the next time I cast I used half my usual prep and harness and only cast to Bolstered. When I checked my encumberance it was at None! This is with my buckler in hand and the same armor as it had been with my casts to Greatly Bolstered. Nothing had changed in my equipment, but my Encumberance was improved with the lesser casting. Has anyone else seen this happen?
