Pathways time limit 10/12/2006 06:34 PM CDT

Wasn't sure where to post. Anyways, I was able to do this before but I forgot how. When I've run out of time to accomplish the quest that the guildmaster has set me on to learn a new pathway, what's the syntax to get him/her/it to offer me another quest?

I believe you need to wait 24 hours from the previous failed attempt.

It is intended to be a game, and while it never made sense for me to be able to bounce across the rainbow road or whatever it was called when I played Candyland, it never stopped me from doing it and enjoying the game.

Well yea, but if I 'ask guildmaster about pathways' I just get a motivational speech about the benefits of aethereal pathways...which is great, mind you....

I think what you are looking for is "ask <guildleader> for quest"

I was of the impression that as soon as the time limit of 2 hours from the previous quest ran out you were eligible to receive another.

just go ask Gauthus about Quest and he'll give you another task. (After the current timer expires)
