Not sure if it's a known issue, but gar zeng will cause nerve damage to the target even when fully dodged.
I really hope that's not intended.

It's a known issue, and will be looked into when the Warrior Mage spell review rolls around to that particular spell.

Umm when is that there is alot of spells need reviewing but i have heard little of any, and not just warmie ones of course.

Heh, probably when there are GMs capable of working on the magical systems (right now I don't believe Wythor is able to). So there is no way to put a "date" on that. Until then all I can say is go advertise DR and bring in new customers so there is a larger base from which to pull GMs :)
