I don't know if it was downtweaked but I've cast it at the same power for months and now it backfires at that mana.
Plus, as long as you're fixing the non-stacking problem, could someone please look into making it teach on every successful cast? When the fix was made to prevent it from teaching beyond the allowable four casts it began only teaching on the first cast.
