Moon perception while walking the ways 02/11/2015 05:33 PM CST

This might be working as intended but I am not sure. I can sense the moons under ground, in caves by the change in lunar power. Well I did not get a message indicating a change in lunar mana when I was walking the ways. Maybe I have simply not noticed moons setting/rising while in the ways previously, but one would think being a moon mage and all, I could still sense a change in Lunar attunement no?

Or are the magical ways for which perceiving is a requirement so dulls the senses while inside?

Also not sure if this is even the right forum, so feel free to move it to the right place if I chose poorly.

You can sense the moons while indoors or underground because the gravitational forces of the moons still exert their effect, since those locations are still physically within Elanthia.

While in the astral plane you are travelling through another plane of existence made up of the residual magical energies of Grazhir. The moons don't even exist there to be able to sense, and even if they were the strength of the lunar energies in the astral plane would overpower any hope of being able to sense them. All you sense when you attempt to perceive any sort of lunar mana in the astral plane is the mana of the astral plane.
