First, a month or two ago a switch was added to the Mana command that allows you to switch from seeing a graphical gauge to a worded description. As far as I'm concerned, it still needs work.

First, whatever you are switched to, there is NO in-game text to tell you how to switch back if you wanted to.

Example: You are receiving no harness messages (HARNESS QUIET is set).

Right, Harness Quiet is set. So, being user-friendly, it should also tell you what you need to type to switch it. Same is true if you have it set the other way.

Second, WHY must the graphical gauge be ON if you wish to be alerted to things like how much mana you'll use for the spell you're trying to prepare?
