General Info: Hammerer Hudragof <span><span>will arrive in the Bluerock Brewery, located in the Emerald Tunnel of Zul Logoth.  He will be offering weighting and padding services to Zul Logoth citizens.  Those who are selected can purchase up to 10 services of weighting or padding on a single item.  This will respect any existing service window when determining cost in silvers.<br><br>Rules:<br>- Passing items between characters is not permitted.<br>- Leaving the room after being selected will immediately forfeit your turn.<br><br>Eligibility:<br>- Must be a citizen of Zul Logoth for at least 90 days at the time of this event.<br>- You must not have any previously done Citizens-Only WPS on the character within the last 6 months. </span></span>
