General Info: Thagoria of the Sorcerer Guild will be raffling off 1 minor demon summoning rune teaching to 1 winner, to be drawn on May 21st outside the Mist Harbor Bank on Gardenia Lane.   Ticket price is 100k silvers.  This includes abyran'sa.   This will not be a delayed service.   The winner must be a sorcerer, must be at least level 25, and must be Premium.   Be there before it draws!   The raffle barrel only selects from people already in the room!   If the winner already knows 5 uncommon runes, they will need to forget one to replace it.
